After studying public communication at Appalachian State University, Vic went to Louisville, KY to earn a Master of Divinity degree from the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. From there to Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary, in Wake Forest, NC to earn a Ph.D. in Theological Ethics. Vic and Maria have been married for 26 years and have five children. Vic has a passion for service to the local church, and fulfilling Jesus’ call to discipleship through raising up church planting leaders from the local church setting.
