A welcoming community for seniors to grow in faith, build meaningful friendships, and stay engaged through fellowship, service, and spiritual encouragement. 

We schedule quarterly fun and fellowship events.

We have a men’s fellowship/prayer group that meets for lunch twice a month at Denny’s.

We have a women’s Bible study/prayer group that meets weekly at the Patterson home.

Lonely No More

The “Lonely No More” ministry is the community outreach arm of the Redeemer Bible Church Senior Ministry. This ministry serves to connect our church family with local area seniors at their residences, assisted living facilities, nursing homes and any other establishment that provides senior living. Statistics show that 80% of residents in senior care facilities receive less than one visit per month from a family member or friend. Therefore, our goal is to connect with and bring hope to this growing population who face the ever-increasing problems of isolation and loneliness. Just as Jesus did throughout the scriptures, our members will go into the community and engage seniors where they are. This process begins with caring friendships that build trust…..then naturally allowing conversations and questions to arise about their relationship with the Lord. Connections may be on an individual basis to simply visit and engage them in a hobby or activity they enjoy; or, more formally, engage the group before/after an organized group event at the facility such as a church service, Bible study or holiday event. Our objective is two-fold — to bring the seniors joy and let them experience the love of Jesus through us and for Redeemer Bible Church to be known for our passion and spiritual impact on the senior community!
