WORSHIP MINISTRY
Our worship ministry is committed to leading songs that are theologically rich and congregationally friendly, helping the church sing truth with joy and unity.
Colossians 3:16
“Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly, teaching and admonishing one another in all wisdom, singing psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, with thankfulness in your hearts to God.“
About the Worship Ministry
Our worship ministry exists to help the congregation sing the truth of God’s Word with clarity, beauty, and joy. We are committed to leading worship that is both theologically rich and congregationally friendly, prioritizing lyrics that exalt Christ and melodies that invite participation. Worship is not a performance—it’s the joyful response of God’s people to who He is and what He has done.
What We Sing
We select songs that are biblically grounded, doctrinally sound, and singable for the whole church body. Our setlists often include hymns, modern hymns, and contemporary worship songs that align with our theology. You’ll regularly hear songs by artists and groups such as Matt Boswell, Matt Papa, CityAlight, Sovereign Grace Music, and the Gettys.

What We Don’t Sing
We avoid songs that are unclear in doctrine, overly focused on emotion at the expense of truth, or originate from movements whose theology we would not affirm from the pulpit. While we recognize God can use many kinds of music, we aim for consistency between what we sing and what we preach.
